Ergon Energy Strike

May 8, 2008: Officials say next week’s planned strike by power workers won’t affect TOOWOOMBA’s supply.

Workers from ERGON Energy, ENERGEX and POWERLINK will strike for 24-hours and attend a rally in BRISBANE next WEDNESDAY.

ERGON’s Corporate Communication manager ANDREW FOX says staff in TOOWOOMBA have promised they’ll be available in case of an emergency.
