Leave a Comment Mark Schuster is from Toowoomba. As an officer with the Condamine Alliance, he works with local governments to manage and co-ordinate natural resources. He says land use challenges, due to the expanded area and population of the new super shire, will be the biggest issue facing the new council and its community.
